First, determine how much time you can devote to it based on what you have going on in your life. Getting together with a partner even once a week for an hour is enough to start with. Once one day a week is super easy to commit to then you can another day. It’s better to start small and be successful. Then to get overambitious and nothing happens.

We recommend approaching scheduling your practice as a way of creating a routine. That way it becomes second nature and you’re dedicated to finding time in your week to do Acro. Do your best to not miss your practice time. If you do, don’t constantly move around the day, time, etc or you will never build a routine. Simply show up the next time ready to go.
