It’s time to start getting more out of your Acro practice. Regardless of a busy schedule. Even if there is not a community near you. Or you don’t have a partner.
You’ve seen the Acro partnerships that make time for their practice no matter what. Who magically always seem to progress, get stronger and make things look easy.
If you’ve ever caught yourself saying:
“With my crazy schedule, it’s difficult to find someone who I can regularly practice Acro with”
“I teach/work so much there is barely time for my own Acro training”
“There is not an Acro community near where I live”
this guide is for you.
I’ve been there and know what it’s like to have a full schedule filled with work and family obligations. Not having a partner. Having little to no access to teachers and classes in the nearby community. Frankly, it sucks if you love Acro so much and are limited by what you can do. It becomes frustrating when you’re not seeing progress. And you’re just plain tired.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
Now Imagine This…
You’ve let go of the stresses of the work day and life dramas. You’re completely present, enjoying the moment. Laughing and having fun. Heck, you even feel like a child again.
You have a partner to play with. A partner you feel the sweet connection with. Where things flow with grace and ease. Allowing you to fully experiencing the joy of Acro as you connect with one another.
You’re accomplishing new things in a practice you love. You feel confident and strong in your body. Getting those dream poses, doing cool spinny rotating stuff (washing machines), short flows and creating awesome transitions you never thought you’d be able to do. You have the skills and confidence to go to those dream intensives and trainings with the celebrity Acro teachers.
Now is it possible for this to be more than dreaming? Yes! And you can make your AcroDream real too.
To create this guide I talked to Acro students, Yogi’s, experts, friends and online communities to give you the best resources. As well as, hand-picked my personal favorite resources that exist out there because they are exceptional. Throughout you’ll get tools, actionable resources and knowledge to turn your AcroDreams to a reality.
Gratefully, we’ve had remarkable teachers and resources available to us. Even with that, it still took my partner Francis and I five years of practicing and 1000’s of hours of studying and learning Acro.
I’m sharing some of the best strategies that have worked for us in this guide. What you’ll get is not the quick band-aid type of value. But, value that lasts.
That means no more having to figure it out on your own or not knowing what to do.

How To Use This Guide
This guide is intended to serve as a resource for you and/or your partner in your Acro practice. No need to read it all the way through from beginning to end. Of course, if you really want to go for it. My recommendation to get the most out of this guide is to utilize the sections where you’re feeling the struggle and giving the actionable steps a try. Keep it simple. Give yourself permission to take things one at a time to get the most of out of your Acro training.
